Summit East
This house was the final one built in a mini development on Summit street near Downtown Durham. We included many custom features in the construction, such as satin brass plumbing fixtures, custom cabinetry and custom molding. The final house is a perfect fit for the surrounding architecture and maximizes the smaller lot.
