Garrett Builders is owned and operated by Jonathan Garrett a native of Durham/Bahama, North Carolina. Garrett began as an interior trim carpenter for a local builder/realtor while attending high school. He later started his own construction company specializing in home repairs and deck construction while earning a Bachelor Degree in Construction Engineering and Management in May of 2003 from North Carolina State University. After graduation, Garrett went back to work for the same local builder/realtor as a Lead Carpenter and Estimator. During this period he acquired his General Contractor license.

Garrett Builders, in it's current state, was started in June of 2003 and continues to achieve rapid growth in the short time it's been in operation. The company includes 2 full-time carpenters, as well as a long list of reputable sub-contractors. Garrett Builders is also affiliated with an esteemed group of real estate agents, lenders and bankers.

Combining the real world knowledge of "hands-on" field experience and the technical knowledge gained in the classroom, Garrett Builders is the ideal candidate to be "Your Complete General Contractor".
